I just hope it's not the intolerable Ocon alongside him that would be a nightmare for a rookie. Kinda hoping they take Zhous rumoured 30m in sponsorship instead.

Haas announce Ollie Bearman on a multi year deal from 2025
Shocked... Just SHOCKED I tells ya - Delighted, and a bit relieved though, given his F2 season.

Although am sure the teams know more than us

Well done him, shame its such a poor team.

Well they just got a double points finish at Austria and that was on merit really, as even if Leclerc and Norris finished higher up Hulk would have finished 8th not 6th.

Ayao in the announcement didn't seem bothered at all about F2 performances.

No they'll have access to so much more information, based on what he's already done in a Haas

Not to mention the Ferrari @ Jeddah, in some ways he's had a slice of luck with Sainz missing that race.

Equally it sounds like Ferrari potentially wanted him in that Haas seat this season.

F2 Sprint was mega. Antonelli in a different postcode and the Invictas fighting each other was great fun.

Will be interesting to see how dry it gets for Qualy.

I can't see Perez getting much longer. I don't think Danny Ric deserves it but I think it happens.

Max briefly at risk of going out after going off where Perez did but manages a decent time with the rain setting in

Looks like he’s not happy in general out there , even his radio message at the end of q2 he sounded a bit meh 😒 it was like

    “is that me out?”

    ”yeah out in 11th Charles”

    ”ok”

To be fair to Vertstappen, 4th place with a damaged car is a decent effort

That’s what I said, damaged car, made a couple of mistakes and still gets 4th!

And from the sounds of it all perfectly fixable so should be a cracking start with the front four

Away this weekend, no Sky so having to watch highlights of qually on C4, and god that commentator (Alex Jaques) is a pain, all bogus excitement that you know wasn't recorded at the time and added later with the benefit of hindsight.
