The reason they all wear hoods and masks is not to conceal their identity from the police but to avoid their bosses spotting them. Chip-on-the-shoulder hypocrites the vast majority of them.
I'd also add that they're ugly little nerds who are still angry cos they left uni after failing their media degree as virgins.
