I hope Chirpy has a decent brew or two to allow you to celebrate your victory which you deserve morally, legally, weirdly, uniquely (you get the drift)
My mate at work is bemoaning the fact he can't get a season ticket next year, I asked him if he has one this year, and he said "oh no I haven't had one in 6 years but now we're decent and in a top stadium I wanna start going again"
Fingers crossed. It sounds like you and the team have done a great job. The result should be obvious and it'll be a pleasure for all of us to see how WHam adapt to a stadium that will cost them a lot more than they had hoped/thought!
Now, back to your very senior West Ham people, who presumably did not include the Baroness, otherwise you would have told us. Would you like me to put up here the letter from a Very Senior Person Who Is Not The Baroness, presented to the Tribunal in which they outline all the things they are concerned about? Because if you can confirm they are actually not concerned at all, and what this meeting was, I could mention this to the Tribunal and ask them to ignore the letter on that basis....
Don't be silly, I'm not a narcissist who wants to get involved in things way over my station, I'll leave that to you.
This is the comment of a very silly person.
Way above your station? Next to trains, stations are the best.
