Sheffield does seem a better choice for Wilder but even Colin said he'd signed an agreement with us so like it or not he turned us down.
He had the option of us or Utd and didn't go with us so he turned us down, it happens so it's not the end of the world but we didn't have a plan B and there's the rub.
And it doesn't matter to me how many other clubs don't have a manager as I'm a Charlton fan.
It's June and we need to yet again rebuild the entire squad but there is no one at the helm, no plan, no style of play or direction.13 -

Meire had arranged a press conference to announce Wilder's appointment. I think we can safely assume even she would not have fine that without offering him the job. So he turned us done. There really isn't any room for debate on that.Swisdom said:

Why's the contact length a secret? Could be a two year contract or a twenty year contract, he'll be gone before Christmas so don't see what difference it makes.1
