I knew that Pardew's Palace had only won five League games since last Christmas but didn't realise, 'til I read it in the Racing Post who the mighty Clubs in question were - Norwich, Sunderland, Middlesbrough and Stoke (twice).
Take a bow Alan. The likes of Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal and Southampton (all in the next six fixtures) will be studying videos as we speak desperately trying to think of ways to break down that wall of a defence you've built.

I particularly liked the Racing Post's description of him being a "streaky manager" who seems to have "no grand plan to snap this woeful sequence".
I have to admit I did snigger a little bit on the way home from Charlton on Saturday.
Had BBC London on and they were interviewing Pardew after the game and he was asked if each defeat hurts worse than the last one... Was lovely hearing the response in a tiny voice saying; "They all hurt"

don't know how to do it but james buckley ( jay from inbetweeners ) was having a right bitch up on twitter, then started calling out charlton hahahahahahaha
James Buckley @James_Buckley Nov 26 James Buckley Retweeted Steven Fewell Haha fuck me, remember charlton? Are they still about? That's a blast from the past. Bless ya brother
Gone by this time next week I reckon. Hodgson linked.
Surely it'll be Allardyce. If you're a team in trouble, he is your man.
Sunderland or Hull need to hurry up and pull the trigger and get Allardyce off the market. As long as he's available they've got a get out of jail free card.
so the fa sack allardyce for bungs etc then let him be a manager in the premier league potentially earning more money than he would as england managaer - no wonder its an organisation constantly ridiculed.

I can only imagine the wages/fee Allardyce will demand.
Will obviously be worth it though to stay in the prem.
I took a look at their message board to soak up the post-Swansea pain. There's very, very little love for Allardyce there. Some of them think they can poach Brendan Rogers from Celtic (!) and even then, many of them don't want him. Likewise, some of them think they can tempt Warburton from Rangers!
It's astonishing how deluded they are.
"Coleman, Hodgson, Fat Sam and the like of have had there chance and never really done anything in Management."

Nobody dislikes Palarse more than me - look at my user name. So I hate to say this but sadly they are not deluded to think they could nick Rogers or Warburton from Celtic or Rangers respectively.
The Scottish League these days is a pub league. Outside the big two, attendances are pitiful and the big two are so much bigger than the others that competition in the league is non-existent. But by European standards, the big 2 in Scotland are minnows. So a European run is unlikely.
When faced with that, why wouldn't Rogers or Warburton want to try their hand in the Premier League with Palarse. Parrish seems a good guy to work for and someone who gives his manager every chance. Throw in, they'd probably double or treble their wages and I bet either Rogers or Warburton would jump at the chance to move to Sellout.
Pains me hugely to say this but whether we like it or not, for the time being (and unless we can get rid of RD, that time is going to last many years) they are light years ahead of us. Look at their forwards - Benteke, Remy, Wickham, Zaha, Townsend, Puncheon - that's a class bunch. Any decent manager should be able to come in and tighten their defence up in which case they will stay up easily. Sad but true. So we can only hope they stay loyal to Pardew for a few more months!
They could get Warburton but no way Rodgers will leave Celtic after only 6 months. He's reportedly on 45k a week at Celtic, i'd imagine that's far more than what Palace are paying Pardew.

I don't know - they paid Pullis a bonus alone of £2m to keep them up. Perhaps they'll do the same with Pards and perhaps that's why he's allowed the side to drop like a stone.
But i think Rodgers is actually a Celtic fan so he won't leave them yet. He'll leave when he either gets a decent offer (and Palace aren't decent) or when he gets bored of winning every trophy going in Scotland. I reckon he'll do 2 years then look for a move back south.
whilst scottish football is in a state, the old firm are still massive clubs and would not let their managers walk away to some wanky little club without being heavily compensated.
like em or loathe em they are both much bigger clubs than CP
