A pal of mine has got tickets for England's clash with Russia in Marseille on Saturday..The problem is that he is getting married the same day. He bought the tickets when they were first released and before the wedding date was finalised not realising the clash. He has asked me to ask around and see if I can find anyone who fancies getting married on Saturday?

Group A... France ... Switzerland Group B... England ... Russia ... Wales Group C... Germany ... Poland Group D... Spain ... Turkey ... Croatia Group E... Italy ... Belgium ... Sweden Group F... Portugal ... Iceland ... Austria
Blimey mate, so you think both the Czechs and Slovaks will finish bottom of their respective groups? I' m not a betting man but I'll have money with you on that scenario.

See the other teams in their groups being a bit too strong...
Reckon it'll be tight between 3rd spot for both Wales / Slovakia and Turkey / Croatia / Czech Republic
^ In conclusion, 4 points will almost certainly guarantee qualification, while 3 points with a decent goal difference also means we're as good as qualified.

Three draws will probably do, I hope that doesn't make teams too negative in the groups.
Watching the Thierry Henry documentary, one of the things that stood out the most for me was the run of games that Denmark had to play in winning in 1992:
England (World Cup semi finalists 2 years earlier). Sweden (host nation) France (pre-tournament favourites) Netherlands (reigning champs) Germany (reigning world champs).
Very impressive for a team that technically didn't qualify. I'm not against having more matches to watch, but the old days of just eight qualifiers did make for a really high quality field and this new format has watered that down a lot.

Sounds more like he's been chucked out of the squad rather than being lost... Although it is the Sun
