Free ad for Elton John - good to watch once - will really annoy the more times you see it.0

Yup definitely won out this year. Great song and I kept rewinding to watch the plug jumping into the wall, was in stitches.suzisausage said:Best xmas ad this year is whichever one has the kid dressed as a plug.

That's Sainsbury's advert gave me cold sweats that I'd be expected to shell out for a costume like that for my kids assemblies0

I shouldn't have watched that this morning, of all mornings, its 2 years today that my mum passed. However what a thought provoking advert. Tears have been shed, but thank you @AddickFC81 for sharing.AddickFC81 said:Not a John Lewis advert but I had a tear in my eye...

Any Ad has got to be better than that Vagisan ad. Awful advert to be showing at that time. No one wants to hear about that do they??

This 1 absolutely done me. I think it's the best Christmas ad I've seen because the message is it's not all about money, it's about spending time with the ones you love & that time is preciousNapaAddick said:

I agree it's a really nice message, but it's not an ad for any product or service, it's a short film in response to Christmas ads.Gravesend_Addick said:

Even John Lewis have given up on 2020.An appalling mess of a jumbled advert. The message is great, the actual advert is a shocker.2

The coke advert has already been released, I'd be surprised in this...Rob7Lee said:They were filming the Coke advert this week outside Co-op in Lee,

It's clear Taika Waititi was ordered to play the heartstrings of Dad's out there, whilst John Lewis are playing to the more female demographic and kids.0 -
Thats weird, the film crews took up the whole of the road with all their vans and equipment, when I asked what they were filming the lady said the coke christmas advert, however she did have a mask on so maybe she said Coop which would make more sense as to was outside a coop!.........10

I find the Aldi Christmas ad disturbing. A carrot struggling to get onto the Christmas Dinner table. I'm glad we were spared the dicing scene that followed.0
