Now is a time after 6 long weary years, to enjoy the football, see what happens with ESI in charge for the rest of this season and read/listen to any of their statements (if they make any) about future plans. Now is the time for fans 'factions' to come together and support the team on the pitch and of course LB and his coaches, and help the team move back up the division, and by 'factions' I mean those that supported RD, those that tolerated RD and those that fought to remove RD. I think one thing that will help this process is that very few people were still actively supporting Duchatelet's ownership, so I doubt that anyone at all is actually anti ESI. Wary, possibly given the history of previous ownerships, but anti, no.
So I'm with the big fella in North London (and @Redmidland) when I say judge them on their actions, and at least give them a chance to get their business model up and running, and I'm certain their fan engagement will be off the scale compared to that of the previous regime. It's never going to be plain sailing, even with a decent cash investment, but the future feels brighter than it has for a very long time.

My boycott starts now , I’m not going to any FA Cup home matches this season in January

I've seen more posts about people complaining we're not giving them a chance, than I have from people not giving them a chance. It's proper weird. It's like how I saw more people getting offended at people saying Bowyer should be sacked, than people saying he should be sacked.
Either way, ESI have not made a mega multi-million pound signing yet. I've given them enough of a chance over the last three days and nothing has happened. It's unacceptable and where is my Mbappe please. #HisExcellencyOut

Whilst things will hopefully change for the better, there is no guarantee new signings will turn things around.
Hopefully we can return to displays like Fulham away and the first half against Forest, then I'd like to think it would be sufficient for us to stay up.

Interesting that HE T. Nimer accepted me as a contact on LinkedIn a few weeks ago, yesterday he posted the takeover on his profile. Today I've been reading just some of the many responses and they are from across the globe and from high level appointments in companies. However 2 stood out, a football agency from Uruguay and Brazil giving a contact number for potential players and another from Africa covering the entire continent again giving contact numbers if interested in African players. This is a result of 8? years of concern by the fans.
ESI will do wonders for themselves if we can trust them, hopefully that will start with an immediate announcement that they own EVERYTHING.

Have you forgotten Hemed ? Quite easy to do.
January window 2019 was a total shambles from Duchatelet where only a non scoring striker/forward came in because the budget was so low. (Parker)
The August Window appeared decent because Duchatelet stopped Taylor going 5 minutes before the deadline and we got some decent players in on loan or 1 year contracts. The fact that they have all had injuries could be down to various reasons and well as bad luck.(Gallagher, no injury so far but he is being targeted recently)
Duchatelet was a shithouse of the highest order but he realize in the summer that Taylor needed to stay, or someone younger of a similar status: Toney from Posh was that man but when Peterborough's owner said No, then Taylor buckled down and got on with it despite a life changing wage disappearing from Brentford.
I know the only reason he kept Taylor was so he had more chance of getting 50-60k for Cafc if they were in mid table or above which we were, when negotiations started with ESI.
I do have some news that I've been permitted to mention. The potential new buyer whom I am aware of who emerged after Wembley, has been told that a deal (with another party) is almost done, but if it isn't closed by Tuesday, this buyer will be given a short run at closing it. I have not been told who the likely buying party is, and it may be that this buyer does not know either.
Let's hope that is true. I trust my source, whom I have known for a while. While I'm intrigued by the interested party I know of, being from this neck of the woods, I just want a sale done, fast, we are bleeding talent and it is breaking my heart.

Importantly though, I just wanted to apologise to Prague, James and AFKA; that's all.

Barely played for Wycombe but Parker could do 3 or 4 jobs for us at present without upsetting squad when better players are back. We are obviously not shopping in Harrods yet.
