Doubt we could manage that we're too disorganised. We need a strong and stable leader....cafcdave123 said:

Those young people didn't ever have to travel on a nationalised railway run by British Rail or suffer when the country was in the grip of the Trade Unions with constant strikes. Labour Governments have always overspent and left the economy in a worse state than they found it.mcgrandall said:
I'm hoping this puts an end to the suggestion of a take over by the hard left, maybe they have finally given a mandate that the whole Labour party can accept and build upon together. If the have energised the youth vote, they have defied the establishment again. Early days yet saying that.PragueAddick said:In the pub, my niece said that this time round, the youth vote is real. " it's become cool to vote" she said. At 21.55....

Yawn. Or they've been given hope by a party rather than talked down to.ME14addick said:

She called the election to get a mandate that shows the country is united behind her in the the Brexit negotiations. It seems that the country has refused to give her that mandate. I agree with Alastair Campbell; if the exit polls are accurate the very idea of Brexit should be revisited.DamoNorthStand said:

But we cannot just screw up the result of a referendum and start again.
I may not like the result of it, but that's what the country voted for and it has to be followed through.
It would be lethal to our country if a democratic process was ignored.1 -
