322 enough to save Theresa's ass if DUP save the day.

May is toast. Nothing will save her - save the Tories maybe.

Honestly Corbyn would be wise to stay out of this. Tories would be in a mess internally and he has a head of steam. Wait 12 months and he could get a majority.

Go now and he risks ruining it for himself as he couldn't get any of the policies through that people voted for.
I very much doubt that JC wouldn't 'go now'.
I'd like to think that your thougts re. twelve months' time might hold true...
However, the spoilers in the right-wing media and The Establishment would, no doubt, interfere... and spin it so very bad that the progessive left* (* my take on so-clalled 'hard' left') might get spooked.

Let the dust settle on this, and we may see a way ahead.
I sincerely hope that the Tory infleunce on it is of the minority....

Can I just say credit to all the C/conservatives on here. You all are taking this wit a lot more grace and class than I might (and let's be real for a second, your party will probably have the Prime Ministership come Monday).

To be fair, hardly anyone on here seemed particularly enthused for May's Tories, considering not a single poster posted any kind of comprehensive support for any of their policies. Mostly, they're just anti-Corbyn.
Erm yeah, no idea what that's like..........

I have said all along that whatever happens, it doesn't change the way I go about my life. If my taxes go up under Corbyn I will still sit in the office until 10pm every night and push for the next promotion for my kids.

And you could have the most right wing Tory party ever and it wouldn't prevent me showing tolerance and respect to all individuals regardless of race or religion. Not effect what I give to charities. I don't need a government to dictate that.

I therefore am enjoying seeing the democratic process play out.

Yes it hasn't played out as I wanted - but I would rather the Tories had 322 seats than 260 odd which is where Labour are. It's all in the stability of the various minorities / coalitions on offer.

Clearly the Tories need reform and I look forward to seeing where that goes.

Poor Nick. I do feel a bit sorry for him - made a huge mistake getting into bed with the Tories.

The manifesto was pretty poor, there's not much else to say than that. As a leader she was lacklustre, seemed to have an inflated sense of her capabilities and - generally - was is pretty damn disappointing. Although I said that when she was appointed to be fair.

The Lib Dems is where I find myself generally leaning towards now, but it seems like a wasted vote - and I found it hard to support a party which was campaigning seemingly on a anti-Brexit platform. I feel that the decision of the referendum should be honoured, that said I admired their policy on drugs - and will concede that the Brexit strategy in general will need a real re-think now following this election.

Labour under Corbyn I just couldn't consider, for a whole host of reasons I'm just not compatible with their current policies. Although, politics aside, I have genuinely began to like the man as an individual, and I do think his heart is in the right place; I'm just opposed to nearly everything I've heard him say politically sadly. I'd quite like for him to write an autobiography, and I'd most likely pick it up and try and get it signed to be entirely honest.

Nick Clegg giving a monologue for a concession speech. Waiting for the Oscar's music to play him off.

    BBC just cut away.

To be fair, he was talking about unity.
