'The fact is......' - Usually opinion.

'The point is.....' - Usually opinion.

'I think we can agree on.....' - Contradiction within 6 words.

'Would you not agree that/with.....' - Usually used to try and pre-empt and discredit anyone that disagrees with an opinion by loading the question heavily on one side.
