Groundhog Day now passed. No sign of any originality. If we don't filed a full team on Saturday with 7 grown up subs I shall be looking for money back from the tight old scrote.sm said:Groundhog Day approaches, prepare to be underwhelmed. I just hope this year's excuse for doing bugger all is original.

Of course the sales to European clubs can take place until their windows close.0

it’ll be a shit 20 year old goalkeeper.... Yipee3
-
Is it just me, or is the setting and the tone of this downright eery? It feels like he's being held prisoner.Scoham said:Signing tomorrow if medical goes well

I remember the shock when an unannounced Hamuer Bouazza appeared late doors against Reading.Oggy Red said:
Bowyer will leave it until just before he names the matchday squad at 2pm Saturday.golfaddick said:still nothing on the OS about Pearce. I thought the press conference was today, but someone earlier said it is tomorrow. anyone confirm ??
He likes to keep the oppo guessing, donchya know?0 - Sponsored links:

player "coming down" tomorrow for medical. Assuming LB knows his geography then that means a club north of the river......cuts it down to around 60 clubs then.....Scoham said:Signing tomorrow if medical goes well
hoping its the Leeds Utd player.3 -
Wonder if the Josh Cullen loan deal is back on with Carlos Sanchez going to West Ham2
-
While we need another keeper desperately, an outfield player is more urgent. If Pearce if out we're down to our last 2 senior centre backs2
-
Yeah I really hope this new signing isnt a Goalkeeper... It's important but its the least important behind Defence and Midfield at the momentkillerandflash said:While we need another keeper desperately, an outfield player is more urgent. If Pearce if out we're down to our last 2 senior centre backs

At least if its Sarkic our new goalkeeper coach will know all about him0
-
If only Katrien was still here to get the deals over the line5
-
We haven't signed anyone and you know what? I'm not fussed. I'm not fussed because Roland has killed my passion for Charlton.0
-
Despite Lee repeatedly saying that it's positive and we're on schedule, I think that's the least positive I've ever heard him sound.4
-
It won't be Connor Ripley. Season loan to Accrington0

Someone has suggested Eunan O'Kane again on twitter...
Would fit Bowyer's line of expecting to be sold and will now have to go on loan if they want game time1 - Sponsored links:

Unfortunately, our potential loan signing was deemed 100% fully fit so we decided this was not the type of player we needed.13

One man on the move out of Elland Road today looks to Eunan O’Kane.
He’s expected to sign for League One side Charlton on a six-month loan.
Not getting my hopes up too much but some positive comments from Leeds fans about O'Kane if he were to sign

In most years even under Roland I'd at least constantly check up just in case. This year it was pretty obvious fuck all was going to happen4

I thought that too. I don't expect Klopp (for sure) but I do expect some hint of animation.Gillis said:Despite Lee repeatedly saying that it's positive and we're on schedule, I think that's the least positive I've ever heard him sound.

Well it's been absolutely thrilling. As a supporter of many years i would like to thank Roland Dutchelet, whose stewardship and benevolence have got us to where we are today.1
-
This sense of relief, maybe even pleasure that we haven't sold any players today. It's a bit like falling off a cliff, expecting to die but somehow ending up with both legs broken, a fractured skull, a dislocated shoulder and multiple lacerations thinking "that was lucky!".
We are so conditioned to expect the absolutely dreadful that the merely horrible is greeted as a friend.5 -
Its ok because 'By the end of August our squad will be good'
First games in September right?1 -
Final words:
"By the time we come to the end of August our squad will be good"
Hmm.....1
