3 loan signings (Bielik, Steer and Cullen) all of which should be very good at this level

They've each played in a run of games at Championship level.

Remember that game against Shresbury in The FA Cup when he lost a tooth and carried on playing

Quality signing, very happy with this.

Have seen him play often captaining the Irish Under 21 team, he is not the kind of player that uses tricks and skills during the game, he is a very capable footballer, runs all day, in fact I would say similar to Pratley, but with a bit more elegance. Think he will do well.

How many international players do we have now?

    Cullen

    Does Beilik get call ups?

    Igor?
Will miss at least one game for internationals

Pleased with this. Just a shame we are only getting sorted after an indifferent start. A little catching up to do.

Reminder to never eat Werthers when you play football.

Looks like a good signing. We need something different in the midfield to make us more dangerous going forward. Hopefully we’ll also add that winger/striker Bowyer has talked about.

Fixed that by deleting the 'more' for you mate  .

    Welcome to the madhouse Josh.

    That's a proper good shout.

Unlucky Josh. Sounds like you're very good at football to make up for it.

Remember when they moved the transfer deadline forward to the start of the season so that teams would be settled by the time the season started? That was quaint.

    Fantastic signing! Welcome Josh

So we have lost him for the next 2 games because a 22 year old has been called up to the under 21 team, that makes sense

He is Ireland’s U21 captain, he was always going to be called up. Players over the age of 21 play for their countries all the time. He was only 22 in April.

It is frustrating to lose him to international duty but it is something that the club and Bowyer would’ve known about when signing him.

Josh Cullen who is 22 has been called up to the Ireland under 21 squad, so we lose him tonight and Saturday

So we lose him and Jamie Ward - need another to get our matches off, don't we?

Exactly 22 in April 4 months ago, under 21 should be for under 21 only, when you turn 22 you shouldnt be eligible, if he plays for them for there next international break he will be closer to 23, even now he is closer to his 23rd birthday than his 21st

Happens all the time, Milner for example played for England U21 until he was already 23 years old. Might be wrong to represent an under age team when you’re above the age of it, but it has been going on for years, we just have to deal with the situation the way I am sure they were expecting it to happen.

As soon as you're 22 you are closer to 21 than 23 as you cannot reverse aging, despite what Olay tell women.

Frustrating that once again we find ourselves losing players during international breaks. Without Cullen and Ward, and with Fosu suspended and Bauer and Aribo presumably doubtful, we look a bit thin again this Saturday
