Well if £5 million Taylor earning £5000 week is off to Brentford for £15,000 a week. What makes us think we can get £4 Million Toney for less than £15,000 a week.
What about medicals though? Surely clubs have to get them done before a deal goes through (that's one reason suggested why Brentford deal for the French guy fell through). How can you get a bid accepted in the next 53 mins with a medical all clear to go with it?
Don’t you have to get the paperwork in by 5 and then you have 2 hours or something to get it done ?

Who knows if a bid wasn't agreed and it was LT who turned down the move because of loyalty and the dough? All speculation, but that's what this is all about I spose.

surely we must be able to come to an agreement over wages.We obviously wont go to 15k,but try and compromise,I really dont think he would want to go,he is worshipped here.Try another 5k a week and maybe some sort of incentive,I dont know,clutching at straws really.
