Doesn't answer your question but I know Saka scored on his 20th birthday so would beat Carvalho by a day or two. However his goal was for England.
Continuing with the Preston theme, they have had 61 shots this season at home but have yet to score. One would think that a Manager in the form of Ryan Lowe (just 212 career goals) might be able to show his players how to score!
