One I was surprised at that I saw yesterday - Jack Ross and Lee Johnson both had better win percentages as Sunderland manager than Alex Neil.

What that tells you I'm not sure, stats aren't everything?  Draws are useful?  

Maybe that one game can skew how you're looked at - Alex Neil winning his playoff final, Jack Ross losing his?
