You'd feel for Bowyer after reading that interview, he must have a serious love of the club to not have walked away, we all know it's s tough for the fans but God only knows what it must be like for him, JJ and Gallen.
I am now very worried for Lauren. If all those on here, Twitter and elsewhere on Social Media do stick to their words and buy her a drink she will be a raving alcoholic in no time.
In his closing statement the Judge highlighted that at one point over 200 people were on the call. I genuinely believe it swayed him in realising the importance and urgency of the matter. Top away support as always!
we really have had the shit kicked out of us over the last however long and I think this is just a chance to let all that out ... lol... How good is supporting this club... love it ... lol
Incidentally, can anyone validate that I was correct in hearing during the proceedings today that Chris Farnell actually represented Lex Dominus Limited in filing the interim application for the injunction? I was on a work call at the same time so it became hard to juggle. If that is the case... my word is he in trouble.
Don’t worry I’m sure this will be mentioned to the SRA ;-))
Maybe...just maybe we can start to to rebuild this club again - it's going to be a huge task but we know it can be done.
Sarsgaard may be our first truly sane and solvent owner since the Premier League years - that's fourteen years we have been run by crackpots and spivs and yet we still got promoted twice in that time.
If Bowyer is given the cash to bring in six or seven good professionals then we can get a squad together pretty quickly and given how good Gallen is then those players will already be lined up and they can be brought in very fast.
The good thing from our POV is that 90% of our opponents in League One are absolutely potless and we may be able to take advantage of that in the same way that we have been taken advantage of in the recent past.
There are some very good League One players available and without clubs so if we can get cracking quickly then we can get the right squad together very quickly and get the season up and running.

He deserves some stability and support
As does pretty much every other member of staff at The Valley and Sparrows Lane. Let's hope it's not long in coming now.
@PragueAddick out of interest, did any of the painstaking dossier work on Farnell & co find it’s way into Kreamer’s teams preparations for this?
Because if so, there are many many fans who should feel proud of the part they’ve played in this.
With all very due respect to the dossiers (which are mighty impressive) they didn't play a part in this great victory. Their day will come elsewhere we hope.
One great advantage of Lauren being instructed for the case was that she already had all the necessary facts at her fingertips, having studied and discussed them for hours within CAST and with other parties.
Add that to her phenomenal legal knowledge and razor sharp mind and you have an unstoppable force as Lex Dominus discovered.
No shout outs, but do hope Lauren is a member on here and reading this, with a decent sized glass of fizz
I have no idea whether Lauren is a shy, retiring type, uncomfortable in the spotlight, or someone who would enjoy being the focus of the well-deserved praise that should be heaped upon her. But either way, I would like to say a massive thank you to her for the huge amount of work that must have gone into the preparation and presentation of the case, and what looked to me like an assured and very solid performance with the added pressure of a huge audience.
She has played a hugely important role at a pivotal moment in the club's history, and overcome a highly experienced brief to achieve a great victory in a knife-edge case.
My admiration is boundless.
From now on Lauren is a heroine. No more needs to be said.
Is it too much wishful thinking to hope that Paul Elliott’s legal bill has gone up a few hundred quid because of Charlton fans clogging up the Teams lobby
I'm sure his barrister (and others) charges by the hour - so quite possibly!
Others who know about this stuff have said yesterday's fees would have been fixed, what's called a "brief fee". Not cheap for someone of Chaisty's experience, I'd wager, and I bet Chaisty's glad it wasn't performance related.
Sad as it may sound, while I'm sat here having a morning coffee, I just looked back on Elliott's Mrs' Facebook again, and it looks like Farnell and his Mrs have been deleted. They were definitely on there a couple of days ago

Shows you how long it’s been since a last watched an England game, was that the ‘66 World Cup?
Well it’ll do for me.
He deserves some stability and support
Counted down the top 40 of the 70’s.

Even by Cafc standards that was one weird day.
We have won a battle.
We took one step forward; many more are still needed.
We live to fight another day after fat Tuesday.
Never was so much owed by so many to so few.
The Charlton story : players change, but the fans sign up for life.
Time for bed.
