Truly sad news. With all the madness that has been associated
with our club over the years, Steve was an oasis of positive logic, calm and
reason. Will be sorely missed as we rebuild our great club. RIP and condolences
to his family.
Shocking and very sad news, thoughts very much with his family, some of whom I know a little.
I first met Steve when I spoke with him about joining CAS Trust and latterly about standing for Chair, some years back.
Let's hope this new era is a testament to Steve and all the others who have departed who did all they could to support and protect our club in so many different ways.
Without people who care that much and are willing to put in a shift we probably wouldn't have a club today.
Didn't know Steve personally, but he obviously worked tirelessly for all things Charlton in his spare time. RIP Steve, my condolences to family and friends. God bless you Sir.
