One of my pet hates Chunes is ......the absence of the word to.

Pedantry has been a key personality trait for this site for as long as I can remember.

Wouldn't be correct here, though. I presumed it was a delivery, so wasn't trying to say he went there. Was using 'go' in the colloquial way, where it means 'choose'.

  • 5 pages of posts about a pro athlete having a pizza and then going to the gym? What is the story here because I can’t see one!

I saw mark fish and Eddie yours in eltham kfc around 2000. They were premier league footballers!

so what! It’s not going to make him a bad footballer!

Comes on in second half - scores - gets a yellow card for raising his shirt to reveal a Domino’s sponsored base layer.

For the pedants here the important part is in the first few words. It’s what he does on the pitch for us that counts and I hope he is able to play a decent part of this game tonight.
  • He'll be man of the match next Tuesday in the Papa John's game!

It sounds a bit like he's his own best friend.

I reckon he spends ages in front of the mirror admiring his many tattoos and planning where to have the next one, BUT, is there an untattooed patch of flesh left to embellish ?
    I don't really know, Lincs.

I can't imagine I'd ever be invited to take a shower with him.

I don’t care if he ate a pizza or not. Get over it ffs.

Now if it had pineapples on it that’s a different story. Sack the bloke immediately.
Wanna like and lol this! Heathens those who have pineapple on pizza!

Getting back to football. Saturday and next Tuesday are good opportunities for him to get some minutes.
  • Do you think he will start on Saturday, or is he just not fit enough and just needs minutes from the bench?

I think he’s more of a Dominos kinda guy.

Not so sure. We thought that after weekend but then he’s in Nando’s today so if they have he’s in a bit of bother!
  • Don't know what the fuss is about. Our manager was no stranger to McDonald's back in the day!

Pretty sure he’s had the munchies at one time or another as well.

'Final day of Freedom' and 'Goodbye my Lover' may just refer to start of lockdown and he wont be able sit down and eat in for a while? Could be wrong but that is how i read it.

Anyway, a bit of Chicken and rice isnt too unhealthy...dont look at the desserts Marcus!
