  • Kane needs to hurry up if he wants 5, as he'll be subbed at HT surely  :D
  • Harry 'stat-padding' Kane with a hat-trick containing two penalities.
Doesn’t matter - a goal is a goal. What should he do, miss them?
  • Imagine Kane playing with Foden every week for City...
  • Just need to keep it tight second half, soak up the pressure and we should win

I've been to San Marino, it's a nice day trip if you're in that bit of Italy!
I’ve been too, they’ve got a fantastic Ferrari and Abarth museum.

Let Mings, Smith-Rowe, Bellingham or Phillips take them.

    It's embarrassing.
Why? He is the penalty taker.
    We're playing San Marino.

Let a player that may never score for England have a chance.
    So?
  • If this was boxing, they would have stopped it by now.

  • Come on lads, you can do it

  • Southgate out
  • Think I will flick over to the N. Ireland v Italy game for the second half.

Italy need a goal. All the while it stays goalless they are leaving the door open for Switzerland

Good of Mancini to name himself on the bench for Italy

Typical of the Italians too, they've even stuck a Ferrari on there

Oh come on, is that what VAR is for, to give ridiculous penalty decisions like that?
    Ref missed it.
    Clear and obvious error.
I think that’s exactly what VAR is for.
The handball law is a joke. That's never handball in the real world.

Watching Harry Kane smash San Marino and can’t stop thinking about Sainsbury’s ready salted crisps
  • Conor Gallagher on for his debut

  • What’s alarming is San Marino fans and media saying their current team is worse than the team that started competitive football years ago. That is completely against the idea of nations league etc

Christ are people, or person, now actually moaning we are scoring too many goals?
Stick Ramsdale up top cos it’s San Marino

Probably doesnt help that San Marino citizenship is nuts

If you're parents arent already citizens then you have to live there for 30-years before you can apply.

The pool of players to choose from must be tiny

Although they did damned well at the Olympics this year (just not in the Football)
  • Commentator confusing Trent AA for Gallagher there...

It was unlucky. I’ll give you that. He gained no advantage from it and he didn’t mean to do it, but his arms were up in a position they shouldn’t be, as a result he ran the risk of handball, and so it proved. I can’t see how any ref wouldn’t give it.
If Charlton we’re playing and the opposition got away with that, we’d all be furious.
  • Oh dear Abraham

It wasnt even that clear it touched his hand though.

Anyway, the booking for it - and the second penalty - were also ridiculous.
