Zouma has said it was an isolated incident and that the cats are loved and cherished by the entire family.
I get people snap and do silly things (but could never condone hurting a small, helpless animal), but not only was Zouma doing what he did but his brother videoed it, whilst laughing and then I assume thought nothing of posting the video somewhere public enough for The Sun to get hd of it.

I think it can be. I believe there's been cases where a firm can get rid of someone if that person's ongoing employment would be damaging for the firm.
