  • How low have we sunk. JJ is not the man, when Adkins went they all should have gone.
    This, this and more this.
  • Don't know what to say. There is absolutely nothing in this side and coaching staff as well. It's just painful. Relegation is a real possibility with the games we have coming up.
  • The unwinning run continues...

  • This is the worst squad of players I've seen in 57 years of supporting Charlton.
If Sandgaard is serious about aiming for the top two next season and saying we only need between 2 and 5 new signings then I give up.
We need to replace at least 10 of our present squad

  • Must be hard to be employees of a show pony chief executive

All fart, no shit as per usual
at times we seemed to play the ball round well but no real penetration!

Need a huge clear out, Clare/Dobson/stockley/Washington/frazer should be the only ones near the team next yet!
Clare the one who loses his man and is walking back for the 2nd goal !!
  • We lost

    Again

    After leading

    To ten men
  • Even with ten men they seemed to have more on the pitch. Disorganised and clueless, serious doubts about Jackson I'm afraid.

How many times, with different players, have we been exploited on the counter down that side of the pitch though.

It’s clearly something opposition managers have noticed and are targeting as it happens all the time.
  • I’m back to not getting angry with our displays and overall application, this is a worry because that’s when being shit becomes the norm. Woeful season all around including JJ, no excuses.
  • So that's the performance after a clear week on the training pitch then. What are they being coached? Match stats are a disgrace.
  • Absolutely rubbish, JJ must be hanging on by a finger nail.
  • Could we become the biggest club ever to be relegated to the 4th tier without the assistance of a points deduction?
  • My faith JJ could lead a side to promotion = my faith we would get in someone else that could.

  • Remember lads if we had sacked Adkins earlier we would be in the play offs......

To be fair I think we will only require 2-5 new players to get out of league 2.
  • Same Shit different Saturday.
shit midfield and wasted chances as always in the first 15 minutes than we settled down to our normal shite.
we were playing a dirty team of bashers and when they went down to ten men it made no difference to our crap performance.
Meanwhile our Rock n Roll owner wants to they to fill the valley 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
you could not make this shit up.
invest in the team and the personnel running it
Or look foreword to League 2 membership.
Myself and my family before me have been season ticket holders since 1968 and I am losing the will watching this bunch of Crap every week 👎👎👎
  • Complete rebuild needed and TS seriously needs to consider if any of Jackson, Euell, Skiverton and Gallen are included in that.

This feels like the end of 10/11 and 16/17 all over again. Summer 2011 we got it spot on, 2017 we got better and built towards 18/19. The latter is the bare minimum improvement we need but top 2 has to be the aim.

Not confident we’ll do either. Concerned we’re going to offer deals to a number of players. Keeping Pearce, Purrington etc as squad players won’t improve us. What they did 3 years ago alongside some Championship level players is irrelevant.

The only good thing about struggling is it shows how much of a change we need.

They got pelters coming off and rightly so.  Disgusting bunch of ‘professionals’ of which very few deserve to be here next year.

We were pathetic.  We got a fortuitous penalty and then after that we probably served up one of the worst performances I’ve seen in years.  We didn’t start brightly imo, and the lack of urgency and ineptitude once they went down to 10 was embarrassing.  I think we had one ball across the box that we claimed handball for (I couldn’t see it - however even it was, if we’d have got anything out of today it would’ve been criminal).

Something seriously, seriously wrong with the club because remember it was Accrington at home that signaled the end of Adkins, and that performance today was a carbon copy of the home game.  It’s as if nothing has changed.

What the f*** was said in those ‘clear the air’ talks Jackson was droning on about this week.  If that’s clearing the air then we’ve suffocated.

    Shocking.
It was also the point Where Bowyer jumped the shark for many as well. Accrington becoming an elephant graveyard for our ambitions
  • Can't be arsed anymore.

    Watching the golf instead.

    Over & out.
  • Oh well. at least I got three points for getting the score right in the Prediction league!

Not all his fault as the malaise runs very deep but I'm beginning to wish that Jacko should not be allowed to tarnish his reputation any further.  And his mate from Yeovil can go too -have we won since he arrived?
  • Adkins got screwed over in the summer with a bad squad that he had no input on.

Jackson took over and it's just shown that the squad isn't good enough.

If you think Jackson deserves another chance next season, you should apologise to Adkins for TS wasting his fantastic form last season and lumping him with this lot.
  • Not sure Jackson will get through this interview without crying.
  • Brownie says he would be expecting us to win at least two, if not three, of the next four.

Gillingham are the toughest opponent there. Burton, Wimbledon and Doncaster are all on horrendous runs of form and I entirely agree that those are the games where we must pick up the points to give us the breathing room heading into April.
