Welcome Ben and I hope you are a great success here. Just don't forget we need to defend too, and the squad as it stands needs at least two new centre backs and a right back, all of decent quality.
He needs to sign someone by the end of the day of it’s another season wasted..
Welcome Ben, I’m quietly optimistic with this appointment, attacking football is the way to go in this league, no respect.
Stop being sarcastic. The idea of the Spanish trip is to get the players to bond and get to know the new manager and have some guaranteed heat and they will sweat their Cod's off trying to impress the new Manager. I have seen it with my own eye having been and watched training and the players were like kids on the first day at school with the new teacher in Spain. Teachers pets have to prove their selves again and squad players may get a new chance to shine.
I Believe that Thomas Sandgaard realizes that the waiting last season didn't work and we will need to sign more 1st and 2nd choices as 5th choices gets you no where. Unless it's the late signing similar to Yann the recruitment will be done quicker.
Just spoke to a mate who is a Swindon season ticket holder and he said he is sorry to see him go. Only doubt he said was he never seemed to have a plan B. Mmmm
99.99% of the "saga" on Jacko's replacement exists in the tortured, daylight deprived, ego and imaginations of the CL keyboard worriers and their ilk in the twattersphere What hastily made up balls is going to keep them furiously glued to their screens now? But if Charlton signs that poundshop Andy Carroll J Marquis I might be driven to typing a profanity or two ;-)
I wonder how long it’s going to take for Ben to realise that he has a massive job on his hands turning around a squad that needs enormous work to get anywhere close to those Swindon stats.
Perhaps we have not heard about his football coaches following him from Swindon is what has held the confirmation up. He has probably told Garner, you have Euell, that would do and with the money I have saved you can have for transfers

I've been waiting years & years for a manager to implement an attacking team - one that has more shots than the opposition & puts that above defending.
Only problem is.............has he seen the current squad ? A lot of rebuilding & coaching needed to get this lot shooting at every opportuinty.
At least I've found my home.........
I've seen enough teams with lower budgets than us playing a passing and attacking style of football, to suggest you don't need a Man City budget to change your style, and that players can adapt

But you do need the players. Squads way deficient on attacking options right now. You can’t polish a turd.

Welcome just the same.
Least we at least have a plan A now.
I’ve shared this before. But whenever I hear people talk about Plan B (at least for a team who play possession based football) it always reminds me of this.

Thank feck for that. Aaaaand breath.
Right. Now we can all concentrate our negativity on the Summer Transfer Rumours thread.
Stop being sarcastic.

Whereas last season "we hoof from the back" might have been more accurate
People losing their minds on Twitter.
