He is someone who we could worse than signing next season for all competitions. He's unlikely to cost top dollar and his game is suited to all formats.
I think this demonstrates how well we bowled and how poorly most of them batted. Keogh demonstrated that there was very little in the wicket and half a dozen of the others got in but gave their wicket up.
Great stuff. That looked a below par score on a day 1 pitch under the scorching sun, and with the Kookaburra ball too, and we're showing it. Great chance for big batting points.
These two have got some way to beat Cox and Leaning's all time record of 423 runs for any wicket partnership - that was also for the 2nd wicket which is even more surprising given that those two are batting at 5 and 6 in this game.

Now need Compton to dig in and the rest to bat us to 450 plus for more bonus points and a platform to bowl them out again.

Bringing their Blast form into the CC. You'd expect batting to be easy with a 31 over old ball.

He made a good start but couldn't make it a biggun ...
Well played lad.
DBD still there on 144, Denners comes in to flash the blade and throw his wicket away in single figures.
