Unless we have made a few decent signings by mid January, then we will know whether these appointments are serious.

We all know this window is a bad time to get the best value, but TS has said he wants to turn it around.
That is why he appointed Scott et al.

If all we do is pick up dross on the last few days of the window, then we will know it’s the same old shite.

I think Scott has a bit more panache about him than that to be honest. Can’t see him lasting until the end of January if he’s been spun a line.
