Only  ever lived in London, started in the borough of Greenwich, then Bexley, after brief stints in Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Southwark and Tower Hamlets have been in the borough of Lewisham for over 35 years. Historic counties - depends on how far you go back, but Lewisham has been part of the county of London since the 19th century. 
I know a Charlton fan in Sheffield, but he's not on here.
