  • Has Robinson got himself in shape or had a few bad doses of the trots
looks like he’s lost a bit of timber
By all accounts he has been working really hard on losing weight and building up his fitness.
You need to be in good shape to compete in the super competitive podcast market.
  • Well played, Joe Root.

Kohli not even on this list, and he wants to claim to be as good as our Joe???

Robinson given out reverse sweeping, appears to have flicked the glove and caught behind. He reviews immediately…

    Bashir 0 (2) c Patidar b Jadeja

Two wickets in an over coming off two arguably unnecessary shots.

That’s idiotic from Bashir. You’ve got our best player 120* at the other end

    349/9

Crazy over with Robinson going for the reverse sweep and Bashir slogging his 2nd ball and both out in the same over.

Jimmy given lbw off Jadeja’s bowling, he reviews. Why not? Likely out though

Feels like Anderson and Robinson are in the game with every delivery here.

Robinson gets a thick edge off Jaiswal but it doesn’t quite carry to Crawley at second slip.

Jaiswal with a test average of 71 from 14 innings will be the vital wicket for England sooner rather than later.

Vital decision goes in Jaiswal favour as Foakes fingers could've been under the ball?
The camera from the side angle looks like a clean low catch.
  • What a strange pitch this has been. At the toss, seeing those cracks, you have to bat first but those first two hours, with the moisture still in the wicket, were, apart from the ones that keep low, the hardest to date. We can only hope that it deteriorates more and more.

    Gill LBW Bashir 38
    86-2

That partnership was looking ominous with the Foakes decision not going England's  way.
