Didn't help him that Ramsay kept giving him the ball in areas where he didn't want it / was obvious he was not in the best position to receive it.
Ramsay didn’t fall over from an average challenge which led to a goal against, hopefully he learns from it, there are times to fall down and times to be strong our team get this wrong quite a lot.
It's not even really the one that led to the goal that I'm worried about. That one happened at the edge of their penalty area - you're usually alright if you lose the ball there and don't allow the opposition to counter attack you.

The more problematic one was the one that almost led to 1-3. Fullah had moved to right wing back and Ramsay massively undercooked another pass to him and left him with no options on. He shouldn't be putting a 19 y/o in situations like that.
yes fair point it was a shit pass to him
One of about 4 shit passes from Ramsay yesterday.

Fullah needs to play as the 10, and when we aren't chasing a game with the rest of the midfield completely at sea, then he'd have the protection around him and more room for error
Yes if he is to play, however at the moment I don’t think he needs nor should be playing. Can’t pin all his performance on Ramsay or anyone else other than NJ gambling on him.
The question is, are Berry and an unfit Knibbs any better than Fullah?

Berry no, knibbs possibly but we don’t know yet, it’s the wrong time for Fullah, if we were playing well we could afford his lack of experience possibly, he just isn’t ready yet for championship football, he’s getting bullied when in possession of the ball. Have to say Carey has caused us a big issue the back end of the season, if he’d have held form we wouldn’t have a discussion.

Not having it that he was in anyway to blame for the winner.
Yes he lost the ball, but he was about 15 yards away from their goal line FFS!

As I've been banging on about for weeks now is a continual problem with this teams set up when actually plucking up the courage to mount an attack. It's like Russian roulette! Jones is incapable of setting them up to have enough defensive solidity when they do move forward.

So many times does a failed onslaught toward the oppositions box conclude with the opposition countering the ball right back down our throats within seconds of the breakdown.

Destroying a young talent for defensive ineptitude is just plain wrong.

Absolutely he shouldn’t be slaughtered for it, but he was too weak lost the ball, which initiated the attack which led to the goal, let’s call it for what it was rather than go into academy protection mode. I don’t blame him because he shouldn’t be on the pitch at the moment.

He was moved 2/3 different positions during the game yesterday. At this stage, his best moments have come from out wide. It's a different game playing with your back to goal at such a stage in the Championship.

I think he should have controlled the ball and taken it inside as there was a shooting opportunity there.

A lot more to come from him. Will be interesting to see if he stays with us or goes on loan.

Think he ends up staying around. I don't think NJ would trust a loan club to manage him properly.

Said the exact same with Mbick and that turned out to be a masterclass move. Fullah has gotten to the stage where he’s too good for the U21’s he needs men football toughen him up, get him in the gym and get him in L1

Loans for flair players are very tricky, they need to go to a top of the league side really and who is going to take that risk on him?

Not always Charlie Webster at Burton, and Joe Powell when he played for Burton/Rotherham are good examples that’s just top of my head sure there’s others.

In the EFL cup games against Stevenage and Cambridge he was the best player on the pitch I’m sure we could find a move for him.

The move really doesn’t even need to prioritise making him technically better as well it’s just about toughening him up and making him faster and stronger

I think this is my main concern. How many L1 sides are going to properly look after a young No10 like Fullah. Last thing he needs is a side where most of the time the ball is going over his head.

The only club I could see NJ sending him to is Luton for a year under Wilshire.

I wouldn’t loan him out but would prefer to move him up our internal rankings. Permanent substitute, but with a healthy number of starts and minutes, plus appearances for the reserves (U21) if he needs game time.
For me he threatens Carey, JRC and TC for starts in the team.

Fullah, Dixon, Kanu, MBick, Mwamba, Enslin, they can't all go out on loan.

I expect Fullah and MBick to stay around, Kanu to get a League 1 loan, the other 3 to get League 2 loans (with them praying Dixon's one goes better than Crawley last year)

Kanu needs to sign a deal for that otherwise we'll be cashing in

Fullah could do with getting TC's brother to help him work on his upper body strength over the summer, like Tyreece did a couple of years ago.

Enslin and Dixon won’t get L2 loans considering Dixon flopped at the worse club in the league, and one played 6th tier football guessing they stay in the U21’s and released next year.

Mbick will stay if we had no plans on using him we would have cashed in on the 5M as even a good season in L1 wouldn’t have pushed the value higher than that.

Mwamba was wanted by Colchester can see them going back in for him especially after the Mbick deal,

Kanu has 12 months left he needs to sign a deal before a L2 loan is discussed.

Fullah desperately needs a loan has the ability but got to toughen him up
