    A definite loss for Orient.

Leaves them light up front for sure....

Wonder if a certain Mr Bonne might turn up there....

Rotherham, who else, have made summer signing number 9 (Nine). Alex MacDonald joins on a free from Stevenage.
Obviously, Steve Evans does not fancy the squad from last season😁
    Probably ate them by mistake

No idea what Burton & Rotherham are playing at. Don't they know there is still 2 months before the transfer window closes. At this rate they're have 40+ players in their squads. They need to learn to pace themselves. No need to rush.
The manager at each club "promised" their fans that their squad would be "complete" before pre-season training commenced  :p

Could be that they're a complete load of shite.

  • Are Reading still under a transfer embargo?
  • Are Reading still under a transfer embargo?
I thought they were (but only that they couldn't sign players for a fee), however the EFL site only lists Morecambe in their current embargoes section.

Sorry, you are right, must stop thinking I can be ITK. 🥴

Good signing for Stockport. Thought they were already well set in their first choice goalkeeper unless he’s moving on?
  • Yeah Ben Hinchcliffe has come right through with them from the NLN. 35 now so maybe they see Addai as the long term replacement.

Must be something going on at Crawley behind the scenes as that's the fourth key player they've lost now and only added Charlie Barker and a midfielder from Welling so far.

8 signings yesterday on a busy day, with Leyton Orient bringing in their first signing of the summer. That leaves us with just Northampton and Reading with no one signed. Surely the Cobblers will be next?

Blackpool, Bristol Rovers and Shrewsbury all joined the list of teams with 4+ signings. That takes that particular group up to 10 now.
  • Stockport have made some really decent signings for a newly promoted team. Expect them to cause a lot of teams issues this season. I could even see them breaking the top6

Genuinely think Crawley might be trying to break the record for the lowest League One points tally in history at this point.

7 of the 11 players that started for them at Wembley have now left.

I don't really get what their strategy is , trying to find more gems from non League like Lolos isn't a guaranteed strategy.

Rumours the ownership group have financial issues, and big debts. Just a fire sale at this point. They're selling their best players that are under contract, and the ones out of contract are turning them down and going to League Two teams.

Wouldn't surprise me if there was financial issues , I saw one of the co-owners had stepped back. Think their squad will be made of youngsters released from bigger clubs and non league gambles.

That’s a shame, was one player I would have liked after watching him against us in the cup.
  • Normally smaller teams that have a great season but fail to win promotion lose many of their best players, which to an extent is happening with Lincoln now.

It doesn't usually happen though to smaller teams that actually get promoted...

Just saw this, that might be one of the signings of the season potentially. Was really impressed by him from what I saw of Crawley and was hoping we would be in for him.
