They’ve got in such a mess with handball now. 100% that one would have been given if it wasn’t for that Spurs decision on Saturday.

If Forest win tonight they'll be on the same points after 20 games as Leicester were the year they won the title.

It's confusing why Gibbs-White lost his way at Wolves, as he looked a great prospect when young, and Wolves are desperately short of domestic players.

Can't remember whether there was any particular issue at Wolves?  Thought it was just a big fee and FFP wise etc was too good to turn down.

Yes i think that was the case, there was no issue with him. He was coming off a good loan at Sheff Utd, they already had good players like Ruben Neves, Nunes, Podence and Pedro Neto, they got a great offer and decided to accept it.

Bournemouth lose both Evanilson and Enes Unal to long term injury. Will be interesting to see who they look at striker wise , could be a potential landing spot for Evan Ferguson if Brighton are still keen to loan him out.

Yeah Evanilson has broken his foot and Unal tore his ACL so I think that just leaves them with Semenyo. Definitely will have to get someone in if not 2.

And no PL side will loan them a player, as they're too good and a genuine threat for the European places.

  • Just watching some of last nights highlights. Forest's Matz Sels has to be the PL keeper of the season so far, he made some unbelievable saves and Forest would've been well beaten if it wasn't for him.

He was brilliant last night.  Same for their young Brazilian CB.  Thought they were very good against Spurs too a few weeks ago.
Liverpool seem to have flat lined last couple of weeks.  Salah was way below par last night.

If Arsenal, Chelsea and City had been closer, then Liverpool drawing 2 games in a row would have been really damaging and put more pressure on them.

It also helps Liverpool, that Arsenal and especially City are under way more pressure in the Champions League, and will need to win both of their remaining matches.

Despite the gap and Liverpool's game in hand, i think the title race could end up being quite close. Arsenal of course have to go to Anfield but Liverpool still have some tough away games to come.

    Bournemouth (not easy these days)
Everton (Moyes now back and a local derby)
    Man City
    Villa
    Chelsea

They could easily drop at least 6-7 points there.

The big caveat to all of the above though is that Arsenal will only run them close if they sign a striker in this window. If they don't then they can forget about it.
  • As much as I expect Liverpool to have a dip in form, I don't think Arsenal will be able to capitalise.

Leicester vs Palace tonight is a must win for the home side, who are in a terrible run of form. If they can't beat a bottom half side like Palace at home, they've got no chance of survival.

Quite a Charltonish goal for Arsenal to concede, a shot from the edge of the box, with no pressure on the scorer.

Another set piece goal for Tony Pulis's Arsenal.

Can VAR not overrule the fact that it was never a corner in the first place? Because of that (wrong) decision Arsenal score from the corner and make it 2 shortly after, totally changing the course of the game.

If that's not a clear and obvious error I don't know what is!

It's cool, fire the manager and I'm sure it won't stay like this with these wonderful players

Newcastle keep getting stronger and a comfortable win against Wolves and now in 4th place.
Palace who many on CL want to go down are now level with Spurs on 24 points and 1 point above man utd.
Everton lose to Villa so no new manager bounce against Villa.
Arsenal win an error strewn derby where Jesus, they miss Saka, against Spurs who have plenty of spirit but keep making basic mistakes in defence.

Moyes needs a 'new manager bounce', it's getting a bit sticky for them.
  • I'm sure they will win tonight and move up but it's pretty funny seeing Man Utd currently sat in 15th.
