  • I left Semenyo and Kluivert on the bench this week, 20 points thrown away  :#
I didn't make the same mistake today  :)
  • Bournemouth have been terrific today.
  • Bournemouth very impressive, they look a good bet for a European place playing like this.

In some parallel universe, Man City will next week be relegated to League 1 after their 300( estimate !) offences 😲😂
  • Cracking game at the emirates. Arsenal go 2 0 up but Villa have just equalised. Still over 20 minutes to go
  • Good ebening. Great comeback so far from Villa, and they now look the more likely to win it.

Which means Arsenal will nick it.
  • I fuckin hate Liverpool.

    Almost…

And there it is, such an incredibly lucky goal as well.

Eh, Havertz did kinda direct his arm to deflect. Seems fair enough.

Would be harsh if he wasn't looking at the ball but he saw it all the way.
  • Lewis-Skelly is so good for a kid who only turned 18 in September. If he keeps playing like this he surely has to be England's next left back.

Nah, wouldn’t have gone in without the deflection off of Havertz arm

He's actually a midfielder but filling in, bit like Saka when he first started at left-back.

Yeah i posted that after seeing the first look where i thought it hit his body/other arm but now i've seen other replays it clearly does hit his other forearm.

What makes it funny is that after it was disallowed by VAR, Havertz was still trying to argue it with the ref, as though he forgot there are about 25 cameras in the ground.
  • Not the first time he’s wheeled off celebrating a goal he scored with his hand either

He might be better off sticking at left back where England are desperately short than becoming just another one of a whole bunch of midfielders.

I wonder if Arteta will try him further forward on the left wing though once Calafiori returns.

  • 13-0 win tomorrow and Forest go 2nd
  • Havertz patting his belly to say the ball hit it , what a bellend , there’s a squillion cameras you cock we can all see it hit your hand
It’s peculiar how players in VAR games still argue with the ref claiming stuff like this that’s just not true. Along with diving and feigning injury, I really wish the powers that be would stamp down more on this.
It doesn’t help, of course, that Arsenal showed a (carefully selected?) inconclusive replay of the incident on the stadium big screen causing everyone in the stadium to think VAR had fucked up.

Arsenal should be fined for that.
  • Great goal by Calvert Lewin that
  • Spurs making Everton look like Brazil.
  • Brilliant second goal!!
  • I really like big Ange, but I think Spurs will be looking for a new manger soon

I've never been overly upset by Arsenal, but I think they've become really unlikeable under Arteta
