I would say it increased publicity and awareness in the run-up to the match which contributed to ticket sales and the higher attendance. 

Did it though? Didn’t get picked up by news outlets etc which was clearly an aim and no one is buying tickets for a game because someone is livestreaming it, if they’re Goldbridge fans they’d have watched the stream

Thats how I view it too. I doubt it had any influence on the sales and was just a load of froth and bullplop.

Yes Friday night games will be on the BBC (iPlayer I presume) and then also on Golbridge and The Overlap's YouTube channel for watchalongs

The Overlap itself was acquired by Global Media a couple of months ago and I believe the estimates were £200m.

It's time for everyone to start a YouTube channel. Unfortunately I'm not sure Charlton content has as much value.
