I honestly think it’s the opposite compared to Bowyer. People blindly believed in him because he was “one of our own”. Look at the age of this thread - for 2 of Jones’ 2.5 years people have been calling for his head. Yet in that timeframe  he’s been our most successful manager since Curbs. It’s madness, but such is modern football.

Chris Powell won the league and took us to 9th.  He would have kept us up in his second season too so I think Jones has got some work to do to be our most successful manager

Can't see how Jones can turn things around in the Championship given how utterly dreadful we are. I keep thinking we can't get any worse but we do.

If we lose our next three games it will be hard to make a case.

All a bit depressing....
