Will be harsh on those who work with Jones, but when he goes its got to be Nathan and the whole backroom staff that goes with him
When we get the new man in, need to get whatever staff they want, and have worked with previously... Whatever it costs.
Think its got to the point where Jones is going to need a Christmas / Easter style miracle to turn this around now, with comments of him staring down the North Stand, you're never going to get anywhere as a Manager when you start alienating from the fanbase beyond the results / performances.
Writing is usually on the wall when that starts to happen.1 -
