Out!!!! yes I said it and I don't care. Shit negative football, making 4-6 changes every game tell us he is desperate and has no clue. Dropping decent players who have played well for no reason. Horrible little manager with no clue whatsoever. How have we come into the season with no attacking midfielders and no wingers. We have been lucky against Wigan, Orient and Shrewsbury all 3 of those games we were awful but got the points we all got excited and thought we were winning ugly and it will only be a matter of time before we start playing well. Well we can all see that is not going to happen. There is no point having a midfield if we are going to just lump it past them to probably one of the worst strikers ever to wear the clubs colours. To make things worse that same shit striker is playing alongside Campbell who was not good enough last season on the wing and should have been sold, but because he has a half decent pre season we have kept him.
Justt a guess but don't think the players like Jones, and think he has pissed a lot of them off already with his shit negative football and stupid demands. To drop Mitchell was just crazy. Then to bring Anderson straight into the team after one of the worst performences ever at Cambridge is remarkable. Today he drops Kane who has been one of the if not best players this season for Watson another weird decision.
I know I am going to get laughed at about who do we bring in and we need to give him time we cant keep doing this, I dont care anymore, every season we get worse and every season we give these shit managers far too long. Yes it begins from the top they are also a pile of shit. But this bloke has all the signs of the wrongun and think we need act now before its too late.

His plan A has been found out and has failed. He needs to change it up.
I really can’t get behind any calls to sack another manager when he stopped the bleeding post Holden & Appleton.
If this losing run continues much longer maybe there’s a conversation to have approaching Christmas.
It’s a “when it rains it pours” situation right now. We could with a team not putting two in the top corner from outside the area when we’re trying to break a losing run.
Why did they score 3 times from 0.56 xG against us and not anybody else??? Because we’re Charlton and we’re cursed.
We have problems AND we were very unlucky at the same time to make for an especially shit evening all around.
He talks only of "the high press", "front footed", "fitter than the opposition".
He seems to be all about workrate and effort, with little emphasis on skill, speed or ability.
He never once mentions our lack of creativity, or even playing some attractive football, and that's an impossibility anyway if he doesn't have the right players available to him due to poor recruitment.
Yes, results are most important, but entertainment also goes a long way. If the fans are bored, they're gonna be quiet and not create an atmosphere, which can give the players a lift. As things stand, the performances are shit and the results are shit, which leads to a toxic enviroment at the "happy" Valley. It needs to change, and soon, but I for the life of me can't see how that will happen with the players he's assembled.
If I didn't have a season ticket, I wouldn't even be contemplating going along this weekend.
Anderson was a marginally out of position but threw his body at the shot to get in the way. Lindsay’s shot went in the top corner anyway.
Everyone is talking as if we rolled out the red carpet for them on both occasions. We didn’t do anything close to that and sometimes the shot just flies in the net anyway despite your best effort.
Our closing down certainly wasn’t any worse than you’ll see from Bristol Rovers or other sides at our level.
"don't think the players like Jones" - not sure that is true as half of them worked with him before at Luton.
"To drop Mitchell was just crazy" - it was and he admitted his mistake and Mitchell came straight back in.
"Today he drops Kane who has been one of the if not best players this season" - i think he was given a rest, not dropped. He did look a bit tired in the last game.
"who do we bring in" - I think Jones needs to be given more time. Ultimately he has only had 1 transfer window and it's way too soon to get rid. He was brought in on a long contract with a rebuild project in mind. You can't abandon that after 1 transfer window. We are on a poor run but are still only 2 points off 4th place, although admittedly that gap looks like being much wider by the end of October. If we get rid, a new manager has to work with the same players, the same lack of creativity in midfield, the same lack of wingers.
Personally i think Jones needs to choose what he thinks is his best XI and stick with that for a few games. Go with Godden and Leaburn up front and let the players get used to each other. Leaburn won't be able to do 90 yet, so Chuks can come on for him after 55-60.
Chopping and changing 4-5 players every game isn't helping and the players can't get into any sort of rhythm. I'd also look at giving Dixon 10-15 minutes here and there. He's very raw and he will make mistakes but he's a wildcard that defenders will not like facing late on in a game with tired legs. And let's be honest, there isn't going to be creativity coming from many other areas.
he is a modern day Mike Walker who can only do well in one place.
Players like Ahadme, Berry, Campbell (A), Watson, and Edun should not be starting, or arguably even on the bench!
Ultimately we have to stick with Jones, as another managerial change will just cost too much.
He's not lost a dressing room of players who've come here having worked under him before. They're still finding their feet as a team this season, and having lost confidence now that becomes harder, but Jones blamed himself for last night and I trust in him to learn from it and sort it out.
Inconsistency is to be expected when you have a constant churn of average L1 players, which I'm afraid is where we're at for the foreseeable.
If in a months time we haven’t improved then you can start looking at replacements before the January window.
