I think it's a collective thing that leaves Watson in that position, if you are trying to play them off side ten yards out, it's pretty risky, far better that with the type of defenders we possess, that you mark your man. You would probably be able to try to play offside that deep if we had VAR, we don't so just mark your man.fenaddick said:

Goals don't tend to come from one mistake, usually they start with one then a few occur in succession. Jones trying to get his defensive line to play offside so far back, Ramsey late to react, Tennai loses his man etc...2

It also is a great ball in and a perfectly timed run.
