I really do fkn hate that place and I'm retiring it.
5 trips, 1 match call off and I'm done. Seen one goal scored by us there I think. Well and truly our bogey team in this league.
Please Charlton just get promoted this season.

As for Chucks I have no words.
Hopefully a small blip for us today and we go and make it 8 home wins in a row next week. COYR1 -
Poor performance and lots of wasted chances and poor corners, then a stupid mistake and we are 1-0 down, got carved open for number 2 and game is over. Nip the complacency in the bud or promotion will be just another dream COYR 🎯🎯1

Bad day at the office. We move on4

When we played them at home they looked dangerous when their fast attacking players ran at us. Ferguson clearly recognised this and went for it today. Luckily not many teams have 4 or 5 forward players with the pace of Peterboro’s.It’s a blip, we’ve responded well to defeats this season and need to do so again next week.3

This must be how Portsmouth fans feel when they play us.Bad day at the office hopefully. Remember the time we got demolished 4-2 by Notts County at home in the 2012 promotion season - this game felt similar.
Great chance to bounce back next match.8 - Sponsored links:

I know some people won't ......No ! most people won't agree with me, it was good to see Ahadme back, he actually had one of our four shots on target, we are going to need him fit and finding some form.9

Until Mannion's moment of madness it was a good game. But, Watson switched off after we initially dealt with that free kick and I have to say not having Edwards on the left hand side was our main downfall. Watson unfortunately isn't good enough against a decent Peterborough side he was exposed too often. Hoping this is a one off and that Edwards is back asap.3

Never were we three goals worse than them today, but it was still a very bad day at the office. After the calamitous mistake by Will Mannion that led to the first goal, we looked shaky and unsure in defence, especially vulnerable to their fast counter-attacking play. We were toothless in attack and despite getting into decent attacking positions we failed to create clear-cut openings. The result feels harsh but in truth they could have had more.
But let's not overreact. We've had a fantastic run but it was always going to end sometime. The trick now is to bounce back quickly and decisively. We managed that well after the defeats at Birmingham and Rotherham but Huddersfield will be a very stern test next week, both of our players and of Nathan Jones’ ability to inspire a passionate and controlled performance after today's disappointment.

one of those games, spoke to Stephen Henderson at Cambridge Services, and the fault on the backpass is 100% on Ramsay, should have dealt with it1

Ramsay didn’t need to play the pass, Mannion was already down to collect it, and Kayne if not sure has to deal with it, the free kick was dealt with, but we completely left Hughes unmarked.
Lloyd Jones was piling into Ramsay as well about it on the pitch3 -
Wouldn't have happened at all if Gillesphey hadn't cheaply given the ball away in the first place9

A truly shocking performance, but perhaps the team are allowed that after the recent run. I think only Small’s well hit shot towards end of the first half, which the keeper turned round the post, was worthy of being called a chance. Our midfield were overrun completely and P’boro had done their homework, with Steer gathering pretty much every corner and immediately getting it out to their speedy players who ran through and round us every time.I actually thought Tennai was playing well, compared to the rest, but he was the first one subbed. I get Jones was trying to change the shape, but any from Coventry, Docherty, Berry, TC or all of them should have been hooked.Chuks is a shadow and I was shocked to see Ahadme on the bench having watched a Bournemouth U21 centre half school him out of the U21 game at The Valley on Monday.
Fair play to those of us who stayed (most, to be fair) and still applauded them at the end and to them for fronting up the performance and contritely clapping back. They need our support to put this behind them and show it was a blip.6 -

We started positively but committing too many men forward imo.Naturally they kept countering us.Poor performance but worse tactics imo. Once we’re two down the game was even more open and they could have had 4 or 5.
Onto the next one, confident we’ll beat Huddersfield.0 -
Big away following - dreadful performance- we have all been here before..3

He was unmarked as he was offside. Then Ramsey dropped back and played him on.

We were probably due a disappointment. Let's hope we bounce back and start winning again.2

The thing that worries me is that result is beyond a disappointment, losing 3 nil to a until-recently relegation-threatened team is bad no matter what angle you look at it.0

I honestly don't understand why some are blaming Mannion fo the back-pass mistake. He was already commited to get the ball, but Ramsey then poked it to him. If you watch it back he was halfway down at the point of contact, so no chance of pulling out.
Been saying it since Aneke came back, but he's a spent flush that offers nothing. He has no pace and resorts to grabbing opposition players, giving away cheap free-kicks. Last season, he was a cheat-code. This season, he's just a liability.16 -
