Had to get a thread going early for this one as I'm already excited for it.

Just a thought but we (the fans) need to do something for the game to add a bit more colour and atmosphere, it's been to long since we hosted the Nigel's in a league game so would love to see something more happening with the fans... What's lifers thoughts? (And Airman)

Or maybe I'm just crazy and blinded by tonight's result...

Palace fan at work predicted that we won't have any points on the board going into this match. Well his crystal ball was probably a bit steamed up - might have got no points bit right but wrong team!!!

Let's have BWP, Fuller AND Kermorganet in a 4-3-3 to rack up a double digit score, :-)
  • If it was anything like last night's atmosphere then that will do just fine

As long as I don't hear 'We Sent The Palace Down' I'll be happy.

    Throw a sickie,,,
  • I wish it was that simple
  • Let's hope the atmosphere is electric that night, they will bring a lot, which will make for a good atmosphere but I'd they win I might just lock myself away forever

Fortunately there is very little chance of them winning.

I genuinely expect the atmosphere we're going to create that night alone will be enough to startle their players.

Their fans are going to have really no idea what's hit them!
  • A proper Leo sayer but please EDIT the title

we are not as concieted as clubs like Arsenal we are not The Charlton

Been looking forward to this one this bunch will know that this and the Millsmall game are the most important to us Solly, Waggy SCP will have ensured that

then we just have to give the stripey 2 bob pieces of shite the hardest time ever
  • Want Ricky fit for this one.

I wish it was this Saturday, a Friday night game will just add to the atmosphere though. Hope we murder them, not just a 1-0, a real thrashing.

Careful Nth London what you say around a Pal@rse thread, they Nigels may take that comment seriously.

I just hope they send the Ultras down, though they may not like the scary walk from the station to the ground without a police escort!

I fully expect Whoopie Goldberg and the rest of the Sister Act crew to be blasted through the sound system to drown them out when they start that awful song.

I hate that song and I hate them!

Unlike Millwall games, when was the last time there was more than a one goal margin in games between us, and how often? Very rare indeed, and I suspect it may be the same...three juicy points will do me.

Think we are a bit harsh on ourselves regarding the atmosphere at the valley.
Last night was decent, when the stripey surrey nigels turn up it will be even louder.
  • Please remove the The in the tread tittle

  • Only slightly disappointing thing about last night was the attendance.

So for the Palace game, no excuses whatsoever. BE THERE.

And I hope we send them on their way with a rousing chorus of "We'll never play you again", bringing back great memories of that day back in 2001 at Sellout.

Freedman may be gone by the time that we play them, if they lose heavily in the next 2. The guy in the office was having a go at Lennie Lawrence. Not sure why.
