This is gathering some more momentum now....if Dale has expressed a wish to leave, then sadly let him go (for the right price) and get Quinn in and NRC as quick as possible as we have a tough match tomorrow and the team will be leaving this afternoon for Nottingham.....new signings to play tomorrow need to be signed up within the next 61 minutes.Redhenry said:Villa update on Stephens:

If Stephens goes, we would need more than just Dean Hammond. He would fill the defensive midfielder role we need, but we would need 1 more imo. Quinn or Reo Coker please or I think we are left weaker.0

Pretty similar to Hollands having seen him play except he does actually stay back and play the holding/defensive role quite well and his passing is pretty good to. Also a very tough tackler.
