@ D_demyttenaere: If the info I have from @ CAFCofficial are correct, Reza (@ gh_reza) can not be loaned to # CAFC (1/2) @ MercatoDH0
-
@HLNinEngeland: Reza #Ghoochannejhad will be the next Standard player to join #Charlton, according to my colleagues in Belgium. Negotiations ongoing. #CAFc
Seen this aswell both of them are normally right though .0 -
This could get messy0
-
how many loanees have we currently got? limit is 5 or 6 I think?0
-
@ D_demyttenaere: Due to the settlement of the English Federation, @ CAFCofficial can still rent a Standardman but it can not have 23 years (2/2) @ mercatodh
That's translated lol, but he also said due to fa rules. Like I said he's normally spot on well he got the other 3 correct , also being linked with simeon Jackson again and ngoo from Liverpool. In South London press0 -
N'Gog signed for Swansea yesterday from Bolton........
Edit, ah Ngoo, never heard of him :0)0 -
took me a few reads too. Means Bournemouth have bid for Yann and Wiggins, one of their old boys who isn't actually old. We have to hope that both our players accept OUR offer, assuming their is one to accept.Bolderhumphreyreid said:

Its not a rumour though mate. Bournemouth have bid for yann and one of there old boys who isn't actually old. Just got to hope they accept our offer.cafcsinger said:Dubious rumour about Yann leaving and this place goes into meltdown, he won't leave anytime soon.

The football league rule book says
52.2.2 No Club may sign more than 4 loan Players (Standard, International, Emergency or Youth) from another Club (or club) in any Season. An additional Youth Loan Player may be added to this figure.

Are all our loans 6 months? Because I think the loan window closes 27th march and SL final game is 16th March.0

As reported above Cawley has said we are in for Simeon Jackson and Michael N'goo,he also reports about Reeza and mentions Sean Scannell as a possibility because he wants to return south.0

OR as a non-EU citizen he doesn't qualify for a work permit? He's been playing in Europe for a while but FA rules are different to those in Belgian or elsewhere.

Scannell after his cameo on Saturday, yes please.0

He would need to sign for Standard/L first then we could loan him backRedChaser said:Scannell after his cameo on Saturday, yes please.

Scannel is a decent Championship player and I'd take him. With Solly out it would mean Wilson could drop back to right back.
Regarding the loan rule, we've only signed two from Liege over the age of 23 and Koc. We're allowed one more aren't we, so what's the issue with Reza?

Scannell, reza ,s Jackson and loic nego and I'll be very happy by the end of the window.1

I agree with Henry, could be a work permit issue.0

From his Wiki it states he's Dutch/Iranian, not the most reliable I know but I would suggest looking at his youth career in Holland I would highly suspect he has dual nationalityHenry Irving said:Rothko said:The football league rule book says

From Angeldust on ITTV - he has been well informed in the past - we shall see:
Powell,as I understand it,has agreed a new contract in principal but will wait until Thursday to finalise.
Offers, for cash!,have been made on three players I have been told. Two are close. One not so much but will hopefully be concluded on Friday

Last night I saw a link and posted that we could have four over 23 and four under but only five in a match day squad from any one club. The Red Robin said:Scannel is a decent Championship player and I'd take him. With Solly out it would mean Wilson could drop back to right back.

The way I have interpreted Rothko's quoted rule is we can have four of any age plus a youth loan meaning five in all , if this is correct then Koc could be a youth loan and we can have another two,but as others have suggested this Belgian Journalist has given very sound information so far.
If we got Jackson and Cawley suggests his contract is due to be cancelled we probably wouldn't need Reeza because we could still add a further striker when the temporary window opens on 7 February.

What? Championship clubs are looking to pick up a striker from a midtable League One team who hasn't been scoring goals?Dizzle said:Several Championship clubs interested in taking Danny Haynes on loan
Sky Sports understands a number of Scottish Premiership and English Championship clubs are chasing Notts County striker Danny Haynes. The 26-year-old is on the transfer list and it is understood that several clubs are interested in taking Haynes on loan ahead of the transfer window closing on Friday.0 -
Fingers crossed this is true.charente addick said:From Angeldust on ITTV - he has been well informed in the past - we shall see:

Sorry guys I think I misinterpreted this on the other thread,it is not about one club but generally .It still does not make sense though unless SCP wants to loan two more non Standard players over 23 and has deals lined up.
Rule 53.2.5 A Loaning Club can have a maximum of 4 Players under 23 and a further 4 Players over 23 registered on a Standard Loan during any Season. The deadline for determining a Player's age in this respect shall be 30 June prior to the Season in which the Standard Loan is intended to take place."
Over 23 we have had
Astrit
Thuram
Under 23 we have had
Koc
Sordell
Stewart
Rule 52.2.1 A maximum of 5 loan Players (Standard, International, Emergency or Youth) can be named in the Players listed on a team...

from my admittedly limited viewings Scannell has never really impressed me. He's like a very poor Aaron Lennon. Fast but very little end product and not much by way of tricks. I put my faith in Powell though so If true then I will wait to judge.
Powell contract talks sounds promising - really hope we can get this nailed down as it should reassure a number of the players. If Angeldust says it's so then I'd be very confident it's so.
Should be a busy few days coming up
