    The iskender if you've never had it has the pitta at the bottom soaked in a yoghurt sauce topped with kofte and doner coated smothered in a peppery tomatoey sauce and then finished off with a half a chargrilled green pepper and a half a chargrilled tomato, yum!

    Before I tried above it was lamb shish with melted cheese and chilli sauce or chicken shish with doner meat and mayonnaise.

    To be honest, I can't remember the last time I was actually handed over a kebab. Everywhere you go these days it's like they can't be arsed, just slap all the ingredients in a poly box as if they're saying "make it yourself". I thought the whole point of it was you could hold it and eat like a greasy meat sandwich.
    I can't imagine any burger chain getting away with doing this...............

    Charlton kebab did an excellent doner wrap with chilli. Until I had an absolutely disgusting one last season. I was actually sad it was so horrible

    Anyone who says kebab ye in Welling needs to at least try a few others! The Lale and New Eltham Grill are far better.

    & kebabs are fine any time of the day.

    Ali's Best Kebab in Ashford. Tiny burger van down an industrial estate near Matalan. Large mixed meat and chips with burger sauce for £6 with a free can of Pepsi. Amazing.

    Usually get ours delivered from mindo's in mottingham but used to love kebabies in pickford lane when I lived in Bexleyheath (well, lived in the camden)

    Any sauce on a kebab other than chilli is wrong imo.

    Siraz, Tottenham High Road.

    Looks like a bog standard kebab shop from the front but got a sit down restaurant at the back, ideal for having a beer and some food before a game at WHL.
