    got a familiar feeling as Aug window and last Jan.

    We hear we have made attempts to sign players that we know we wont get so that when no one signs they can say we tried.

    I hope I am wrong and just being a moaner.

    So the rumours so far are Nadir Cifti, Chuba Akpom (loan), Gedion Zelalem (loan), Lasse Vibe, Liam Moore. Also, hilariously, Igor to Stoke, where I assume he'll stand on Peter Crouch's shoulders and nod the ball down for Jon Walters. None of them strong rumours and probably all totally unfounded.

    So c'mon RD/KM/GL where are these signings that you said we were getting ......I suppose a new set of boardroom bullshit comments are being put together....." we did all we could but run out of time" "there were some final minute hitches and we couldn't do the deals" etc etc. When in reality it should read, "the only person we were looking to get in was Riga at SL, and we did that with 8 hours to spare!!!" quickly followed by "SL are more important than CAFC in the scheme of the network!!" and Rega will be looking to loan some of your better players!!
