Betfair sportsbook are doing an offer of if you back a winner of 3/1 or more on Tuesday you will receive 3x free bets to the same value. Good offer, but 4 of the races have short priced favs, but worth a go.

Think with the drying ground we could see a few surprises. Grounds not going to be as heavy as a few would like.

    I'm going with

    1:30 L'ami Serge
    2:05 Clarcam, Josses Hill e/w
    2:40 Mendip Express
    3:20 Faugheen no bet
    4:00 Annie Power no bet
4:40 Cause of causes, very wood e/w
    5:15 Little John

Really can't see Douvan winning, Faugheen has never beat anything special so 11/10 ain't worth the gamble slight preference for The New One maybe will have a look at that tomorrow

Keep looking at Holywell in the Gold Cup. Won a hurdle race at the Festival in 2013 followed by a chase win last year .
Negative is that McCoy doesn't ride him in his final Gold Cup although I think McLernon is his regular rider

    1.30 Shaneshill
    2.05 Court Minstrel
    2.40 Barakilla
    3.20 The New One
    4.00 Polly Peachum
4.40 Theatre Queen - Have a feeling it may refuse to race though but really fancy it at a price.

I like the look of Barakilla in the 2.40 as well - will definitely appreciate the step up to 3m.

    The starter.

Can't help but think some horses will lose all chance at the start of their race if recent events are anything to go by.

I get the feeling that you come on here after your pub closes having had a skinfull hoping to impress us with your witty repartee?
It's national hunt so no stalls just like Aintree.
You obviously didn't see the debacle at Sandown on Saturday?

Yep, reckon it will be good in places. They reckon the inside is very good place to be which favours front runners.
Bad weather towards the end of the week.

    Good luck everybody.

I can't see UDS winning it's jumping is very sketchy but agreed it is a class horse should it's jumping be right today.

Abs I know Josses hill isn't the best jumper but with UDS being odds on it offers no value so have to look and hope for an outsider to turn him over hopefully
