While selling Fox for £1m plus would have been good business, that they resisted is an indication that perhaps they are serious about a promotion push.3

I would take him back, if only as a silent warning to Lookman, Konsa etc. that the grass isn't always greener.

I can't see it but at the moment it's the only thing that makes sense (if there was any truth in that rumour). He made a mistake, it went wrong. I guess he is probably on his knees at present.

Definitely take Poyet back on a free, he was poor in his second spell with us on loan but in a poor team with no proper manager. Under RS we could see the old Diego, and having seen a lot of him in that season he was fucking mustard.2

Just watching the BBC deadline day programme. Football is daft these days. Sounds old and grumpy but the adulation and cash players get for kicking a ball about is beyond ridiculous.9
