Bet Heckingbottom is regretting leaving Barnsley for Leeds, cant believe he has been sacked already0

6 years 14 managers(if you count all 4 of Redfearns times)0 -
I thought he'd be a good appointment for Leeds... Did really well to get Barnsley promoted in the first place and was just about keeping them in the League despite losing almost all their key players.paulie8290 said:Bet Heckingbottom is regretting leaving Barnsley for Leeds, cant believe he has been sacked already
The problem for Leeds was the fact they took so long to sell Chris Wood and then didnt replace him0 -
Tisdale has left Exeter0

Jim Bentley (Morcambe) now the longest serving Manager in the Football League
Gareth Ainsworth is next on the list
Actually really impressive that Eddie Howe and Sean Dyche are fourth and fifth on the list1 -
Bridges were burnt between him and the fans when they served notice on his contract 18 months ago. There was an article in The Times on him a few months back and it sounded like he hadn’t really forgiven them for it... especially given that he’s led them to 2 play off finals since. I lived in Exeter for 10 years and watched many of his teams. Hope he ends up at a better club than MK.Red_James said:Tisdale has left Exeter

Didnt realise yet Shrewsbury have appointed John Askey as Manager
Might not be the worst appointment for them actually seeing that he'd just gotten promotion with Macclesfield1 -
Here is the current list for anyone interested

Jurgen Klopp in the top 15, wow. That's ridiculous given how long he's been there0

Would be great if Abramovich left Chelsea in the lurch and they sank back to that small club of the 70's,now that he has withdrawn his application for a UK Visa.
You may gather that I am not too fond of Chelsea.6 -
BBC reporting the Guti has contacted St Mirren and is very interested in there job.

Did not know it was April 1st0 -
Interesting that of the longest serving managers, you could definitely say most of the clubs are over-achieving, even if its just the likes of Rochdale hanging on in L1.paulie8290 said:Here is the current list for anyone interested

You'd expect that to be the case though surely? They are doing well so have been kept on? Haven't been poached I guess though.rananegra said:

They didn't sack Rowett.golfaddick said:
sacked a club legend & ex-player in Rowett & replaced by an ex Prem player who has never managed a club & wouldn't know the Championship if it bit him on his arse. I bet the Rams fans are pleased.ForeverAddickted said:Just read that Jody Morris (Chelsea U18s) will be his Assistant Manager
Thats a very inexperienced double act... I know we've just had Bowyer and Jackson yet the Championship is a lot harder than League One0 -
On the subject of Keith Hill being so high with Rochdale...
Its ironic that he's so high on the list yet thats his second spell with the club having initially left them for Barnsley in 2011.
Had he not left then he'd now be the longest serving Manager in England0 -
