Bit of stick from a couple of Sunderland fans on the way out so I had to gently remind them which one of us will be playing tranmere next year!8

Great to see so many people happy after all the sh*t from RD. Like Bowyer said it brought everyone together again. All down to him and the team. Bowyer admitted it was his proudest moment in football, just made it for me. I'm still knackered now!
Just hope it continues next season, if not like 98 a day to remember for the rest of my life.5 -

back to reality today I took some rubbish to the tip- only being 5 miles/2 stops on the train from Wembley all my local pubs and coffee shops are full of Villa fans. I was getting quite jealous as I want to go through yesterday again, such a top day6

Twenty-one years between the second two.
So...bring on 2050!!!2 -
Parker had a fantastic last 5 minutes.
Picked the ball up deep and swung some l
pearlers out wide.
And then won the free kick before we scored.8 -

Not enough talk about our equaliser for me.
It was excellent, no fluke either, we have scored others like that this season, and on top of the howler earlier it is even more credit to the players still trying to play their football.14 -

What a day, right up there with the 98 Final as far as i am concerned. Tough on Sunderland as it could have gone either way, but what a way to win it with virtually the last kick. Of course what we want to see most is the back of Roland, but just as important is keeping LB & JJ at the helm. Not for the first time LB got the big decisions right yesterday. Taking off Naby who was obviously a bit shaky after the OG, and the key decision to bring on Williams for the hard working but tiring Pratley. He scared them to death for the last 20 mins and was the catalyst for the win. Obviously a lot of issues to settle with the loanees and out of contract players to deal with, but if we can keep most of the current squad in place with 1 or 2 additions - a new front man to support Lyle being the main requirement - we can at least keep our own in the Championship. Roll on next season - COYR!1

Personally not too bothered about discussing the ins and outs of the game itself, as I simply cannot stop thinking about THAT moment of glory in the 94th minute.
The absolute chaos and jubilation. Hugging strangers from all angles, clinging onto anything you can, ending up in different seats from where you started.
The goal came that late that it had might as well been a sudden death scenario - we knew it was the winning goal, no return from it.
I will never get bored of thinking about that moment, ever!19 -

Another rollercoaster ride from the mighty Addicks. They just don’t give up and it’s that attitude and a large dose of skill that makes me love them.
What a day out. Mayhem when Bauer scored - we were in the upper tier behind the goal. My stepson took his shirt off, swung it round and knocked my son’s glasses off into the tier below, never to be seen again.
The great thing for me was so many young kids with Charlton shirts having a good time. They will be our future. Maybe, just maybe, we’ve turned that corner. We have lift off - who knows how far we can go?15 -

Amazing the amount of vintage Charlton shirts on display, perhaps explaining why we can go from an average gate of 12k to 40k and still people after spares. JUST SELL THE CLUB!!!!2
