    No real surprise that it took Joe a little while to get back into the swing of things having played such little cricket. 

    Hopefully he kicks on, makes a few more and then we get to see a Kent lad bat at 3 against The Aussies!

    If we finish second-from-bottom don't be surprised if either the ECB change it to two going down or the usual "points scored" criteria for determining league position gets changed to something else where we're worst.

    In short: don't trust the buggers.

    Beating Notts would significantly improve our chances of staying up as they're definitely one of our main relegation rivals. Indeed it'll probably be between Kent, Warks and Notts.

    Kent then spend four hours chasing leather as the No 11 helps himself to an unbeaten ton and guides Notts to a draw.
