I now can't wait for the day Roland comes out and says the club isn't for sale.1

I might be a bit late with this but, has anyone seen the recent Murray interview where he says about it being a bright future with RD?0

"...all in all we got a good future ahead of us" pmsl, I think cockneys call it proper gander and maybe the @Cardinal Sin weren't far off the mark with his theory

Well played @i_b_b_o_r_g
Does anyone remember when Murray said he had some influence over Duchatalet? Can't remember where he said it but I know he did. Wonder if he regrets saying that because clearly he doesn't when you look at all the young players still going for peanuts almost 6 years into RD's ownership.

It should be sent to Simon Jordan via twitter.
1) He seems to openly and honestly care about the general state of football clubs and the business side of it.
2) Murray to SJ
"Enjoy The Championship You Tosser"
That wouldn't have been forgotten about!2 -

I remember when Murray said that to Jordan. It was cringey because I thought "be careful because we could go down in next year or 2". We then employed Dowie and rest was history.6

Richard Murray saying something that isn't true? Surely not.
He doesn't seem a very reliable source, at all.2 -

Yes, at the time, I can't say I had a problem with it....even though I thought it was a bit unusual. On reflection, it is and was an extremely cringe worthy thing to say.
That is partly due to the fact that we know more about the kind of character Murrary is and we know exactly where his loyalties lie. Murrary is a fake. He is a snake and a puppet.
Simon Jordan has actually proven to be quite useful.
Even before he expressed his opinion and concerns to Roland....people on this message board were reluctantly saying that they actually quite enjoyed his book.
I wasn't willing to believe it at the time....but now, I quite like the bloke.

How about we sponsor a billboard, around the Charlton area with Murray's face and quote about not selling players cheap. Add in the amounts gained for those sold under the regime.
Reminiscent of the Back to the Valley campaign as well.26 -

1969 - best year EVER!3

I think that idea of targeting Murray in the ground is spot on, someone needs to find that 'LIAR' banner again.
