    According to Wiki, Hemed's contract with Brighton expired this summer.  He is a free agent.
    Wiki is wrong then as they activated a year extension clause keeping him under contract until 2020.

    No way would he do that if he was staying.

    Kayal would be the best midfielder on the squad but his skill set is similar to field and Cullen. We would be pretty reliant on the attacking midfielder (chuks, Williams, Chelsea lad) and the strikers for scoring opportunities

    Why ? Only five loans allowed in the 18 not squad. Injuries, suspensions , tactics and form could all impact on who is included in the 18

    Soooo chuffed. Been out shopping for a few hours and just walked through the door at 5pm. Read last two hours of thread. So happy that Lyle is staying. Don't worry big lad. You will remember why you wanted to be here and were backing Bowyer staying so knew it was right for you to stay. It seems to me a bit like when you still fancy your misses, but one of the flash birds from Love Island gives you the green light. You know deep down where you are going to go but the attention is very flattering. He's still one of us, so I'm over the moon tonight. in Bowyer we all trust. Welcome to whoever else comes through the door. Looking forward to Barnsley now to see them all together.

    Even though we turned down a bid with 2 min left in the window, does not mean we did not accept one with 5 seconds left. I just don't trust the Rat.
