We need that pace in behind to push teams back and give Taylor, Williams, Chuks etc. space to drop into and work their magic. And he'll be an outlet when we're away from home and defending deep. As others have observed, he's been signed to fill the role Grant played last season - lets hope he's as sharp in front of goal.Bowyer doesn't seem to even be particularly bothered about having the option of wingers. I guess you could probably play Leko or Williams out wide, but unless we sign Harriot there won;t be a single (senior) specialist winger in the squad.2 -
